We ship to most countries worldwild. Our international standard shipping cost is  $9 for order under $99. Free shipping for order equal to or over $99

Delivery time

 It will only takes 7-20 days shipping to any countries worldwide. Due to COVID-19, shipping time may be affected due to the unstable flight schedule. Delivery may take a little longer for international shipments. Further delays might occur due to items being held up at customs or flights being cut or re-routed. 

Returns

We hope all the customers have the best shopping experience with us. But in some cases, we could offer a refund or send the item again if:

• The item is faulty or the courier damaged the item during delivery.
• The item delivered is different from the order. 
• The item is not delivered 60 days after the dispatch date.

In case the item was damaged, please contact us via email info@flovinadesign.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will respond quickly and send a new item to you.

3) The item is not delivered 60 days after the dispatch date.

In case of the parcel of the item lost during delivery, we will issue a refund of the item 60 days after the dispatch date. If your order has not arrived in less than 60 days. It is likely that the item is still in the process of delivery. Sometimes customs can hold packages for up to 6 weeks.
